Endocrinologist consultation
Hey there Folks, I haven't been on here in quite some time, I have been busy with life and I guess haven't had the urgency to solve this problem (mostly ED) lately as I'm choosing to be single at the present time. I'm exactly 5 years with PSSD (summer 2012) I've mentioned before that I have a physic...

Re: Profound but maybe temporary effect!
It makes sense that Wellbutrin should help some of us because as far as most of our physicians are concerned Wellbutrin (Buproprion) is their first line of defense. It was undoubtedly the first thing my Dr. wanted me to try, and I did try it. At that point I hadn't yet discovered this forum and was ...
Re: Amykal/ NYSTATIN/ licorice Root/ Antifungals and their methods of action
WTF? Guys Nystatin is for Candidal thrush infections, I Rx it to people when they have poor fitting dentures or have been on corticosteroids too long and white filmy shit grows on their gums & palate, it has nothing to do with brain biochemistry.
Re: Shrinkage
When I say shrinkage, I mean a constant diminished size, wheter flaccid or erect, independent of erection quality. Of course, erection quality may have some effect, but this would be quite obvious in the flaccid state. I noticed that mine is thinner, but the lenght and the glans is the same as alwa...

Re: Nightmares and terror
I think pssd has given me a form of ptsd. I fear my old life. My good life...memories come flooding back. All the mistakes I've made etc. It's traumatizing. Sex feels bizarre and down right scary at times. This can't be good on our mental health. Nightmares are common for ptsd sufferers. I'm not sa...

Re: Nightmares and terror
I noticed the opposite trend actually, I have had PSSD for 4 years now and I found that since that time I dream a lot less than I used to, almost never. But oddly enough just recently over the last couple of months I noticed I have been dreaming more. Getting consistent morning wood these days too, ...

Re: Prelox (L-Arginine +Pycnogenol)
At last something useful. It is not supposed to cure pssd because it has nothing to do with brain chemistry, upregulation etc. Also it hasn't helped me with lack of libido and I doubt that it will help those with ejaculatory anhedonia or genital aneshtesia BUT it has definetely helped with erectile st...

Re: low dose ssri
Ghost I agree, I think this problem is very closely tied to the 3 stress hormones (Adrenaline, Norepinephrine and Cortisol). I think this too is why many of us are getting nocturnal erections of decent quality as these stress hormones naturally decline during sleep hours.
