Re: DoIt's story and hopefully recovery

It's a personal decision of mine, I would never ever encourage anyone else to do it. My pssd is extremely bad and has been going on for over four years so is almost definitely permanent, most people aren't as bad off. Of course there's other things in life but you cannot pretend the majority of peo...

Re: low dose ssri

My estimate would be around 5mg, the standard dose is 100mg. I doubt that there is any SERT activity at such a little dose.

I take it every week or so and the strongest positive effect is after 3-4 days. Sometimes less.

In my understanding it should be the opioid system that is resposible for the reward feeling and the dopamine system for the reward motivation.

Re: low dose ssri

How is your low dose ssri trial going Dolt? As I wrote on the site before, yesterday I felt a really good window, today still better but not as good as yesterday. And how you are doing on low dose SSRI? Sorry to bother you but have you ever had windows of improvement? Its hard for me to belive that...

Re: Diindolylmethane (DIM)

I oredered some DIM and I'll try it in few weeks after I stop low dosing if I don't see lasting and significant improvements from it. Just found this online: DIM supports estrogen balance by increasing beneficial 2-hydroxy estrogens and reducing the unwanted 16-hydroxy variety. So it maybe goes in h...

I've tired it and it gave me a 100% recovery lasting only few days. But I took it every day, maybe I should've been taking it every couple days...

Re: DoIt's story and hopefully recovery

So, low dosing is giving some promising results. There are ups and downs as I'm figuring out the right timing to take the dose. Today I was sitting in a park and the warm and cozy feeling that I once had came back, I was looking at the traffic, people passing by, listening to the sounds, all this fe...

I don't think that we can conclude anything here, he is unreliable as he drugs and fucks himself up with all kinds of stuff.

Re: PSSD Symptoms (Official Thread)

All people who voted in the poll said they have anhedonia. I think it's the core symptome of PSSD.
