Re: MTHFR testing

I can look in the data that I have. At this time I think I had around 20 genomes I could look at. Yes, that would be great. It may be that I just don't know enough about it, but from what I understand, methylation protects DNA so it would make sense that people would be more susceptible to genetic ...

MTHFR testing

How many of you guys have actually been tested for MTHFR gene mutation? I've had a hunch about this being a major contributor to susceptibility to PSSD for a long time now. I know that I have one of the mutations and a lot of people in my family show the symptoms: Impaired memory, miscarriages, ment...

Re: I can't keep living anymore. Need to hear some advice

Sometimes it can piss me off when people say "I understand" but...I understand, haha. All of the people on this forum have been dealt some shitty cards, man. Now this is gonna look like I'm really scraping the bottom of the barrel for positives and that may be true, but hear me out on this...

Re: Licorice root/kudzu root

I have been pretty absent as of late on the boards because I realized I was obsessing. It helped with depression to take a break but sure enough, my ding-dong still don't work. Anyway, We are pretty much sure at this point that estrogen definitely helps PSSD, correct? Hence Kudzu and licorice root i...

Re: have you improved in the past year ?

Can you tell us something more about your improvements (libido, erection, numbness...)??? Sure, I'll tell ya all about it. So I haven't been writing a journal but I think I remember what my erections were like right after coming off Citalopram 20mgs. I had no pleasure from touch, rubbery lifeless p...

Re: have you improved in the past year ?

The past couple of weeks, I have noticed improvements in every category of my sexual function. I've never had a window and I hope I never do. I just want to get better and say goodbye to this bullshit. I have been off of Citalopram consistently for about a year and a half and the improvements have b...

Re: Estradiol-17B

Lost soul,

I know you were taking a break but are you doing well? Have you retained the benefits from your trial? I was pretty hype about this one while it was going on and I still think this is somewhat promising.

Re: low dose ssri

The 5a-reductase theories make sense with the whole idea of taking DHT. Could skyrocketing DHT make 5a-reductase raise permanently? Like I was saying on a few various threads, I have to wait a long time for this endo appointment on December 26th but I'm pretty set on trying DHT or even DHT/Estrogen ...
