Dextroamphetamine and no pssd

hello , i have pssd for over 4 years now i think.
It al started when i was on paxil for the second time and forgot to dose for like 2/3 days ,i had no sexual dysfunction while on the 20mg paxil ,suddenly after having not dosed for 2/3 days i noticed extreme premature ejaculation (like 10 sec) also extreme sensetivity i directly felt it was caused by the withdraw of paxil.i could not stand the fact that i suddenly could not be sexual for more then 10/20sec and i directly decided to take my paxil again.with day 1 of taking my tablet again ,the premature directly vanished but also noticed a significant los of sexual sensation (genital anehstesia) .Normally this would dissapear and my body would get used to it ,but not this time. From now on my sexual function decreased significally over time and so my nightmare begins . At the same time i readed about pssd in that time and was very scared .i decided to cold turkey the paxil in the hope it would return to normal which never did (no shit!) Now its 4 years ago and i just dont know what is what anymore. I got so many weird toughts about this dysfunction ,paranoide questions like am i expierence low libido ? But then what exactly is libido? I mean when sexual sensation is very low is that automaticly low libido? Do people who have never used an ssri and who have a low libido expierience same low sexual sensation ,or like can libido be low but sexual sensation still good ? Sorry if it sounds weird but these kind of questions i ask myself . After 4 year i found that amphetamine removes all my genital numbness and pretty much all of my sexual dysfunction even in low doses. The only problem with this is it leads to addictive compulsive porn marathons etc which is a common thing tough when abusing meth/amphetamine like substance. Some times when om higher dose of amphetamine sensation feels so good that it feels scary like cheating on mother nature ,even this is still common this is why meth is so addictive i think ,only people do not speak about this cause of shame taboo etc. I normally used my own streed speed ,but yesterday i got prescribed dextroamphetamine and for fuck sake it even fixes the lack of sensation while not even feeling sexual at all:/ and just 5mg . My question is mostly where am i now with all of this ,do i still have pssd or could depression on normal state also be part of it , i do have addiction problems etc so i just do not exactly know anymore what is what? Now i can very easy restore my sensation with the dextro,but i just cant stand it or accept it that such a difficult problem with such difficult mechanism i overcome with something old school (amphs) like are there different kinds of pssd ? Cause many people say that nothing works to completely remove all pssd symptoms and for me it seems like only a dopamine (low dopamine) problem ? But without amphetamine my function is mostly like 10/30% max on a good day. There must be away without amps to get full function again i hope,cause i dont want the need for amps the rest of my life obviously.On the other hand i am ofcourse thankfull that at least something is able to fix it for 100% . Any other people in the same boat as i am maby or somewhat? Excuse for poor english and grammar by the way ,kinda drunk ;(

I don't know if you actually have pssd. If you are not depressed and you are not still taking medication, it is absolutely not normal that have you have not any libido and bad erectyle dysfunction, especially if this started after SSRIs. I'm pretty sure that the only effective medications for our condition are stimulants like amphetamine and methylphenidate, your report is also in like with the study that reported improvements in people treated with methylphenidate.

Hey thanks for replay , i do have depression but i do not know anylonger if all of it is caused by the pssd.You see what i just can't understand and accept is why is it so easy to counter all of the symptoms with just a dopamine releasing agent , but they some how have no clue what the exact cause for this is , desentisation on the 5ht1a autoreceptor but amphetamine do not target serontonine at al? Many speak of genital anesthesia but isnt anesthesia complete different from low sexual sensation? Some one who has never touched ssri but has no libido and desire etc would they experience the same as some one with pssd? All of these things makes it rlly difficult to pinpoint pssd, i mean i am sure it was induced by the paxil, but could it be that you go from real symtoms to depression? I fucking hate ssri and i wish i never took them what a useless retarded trade , i feel like ssri are just a scam agains humanity to make people for ever wonder and boom you'r stuck for life . I think i am still just in denial phase even after 4 years that i just cannot believe this happend to me , but ofc so is for every one on this forum and i am greatfull that i am not alone . I hope all of you find your way and fix the puzzle.

If stimulants work for you then you can also try supplements like l tyrosine. They also raise dopamine

. Hey thanks for replay, i will definetly look into tyrosine, and also cabergoline. I must say that stuff like ritalin/cocaine does not do anything for me sexual wise, also ritalin works very short in comparisation to amphetamine so i find these prettymuch useless . Now they are both stimulants as we know but ritalin does not let more dopamine flow into synapse like amps do if i am correct . Also dextro has way less side effects for me then ritalin . I now use dex+ghb for anohdonia and pssd , and works pretty darn wel lel ;/ no meds come close lol ssri what a joke . The ghb solo worked also some what for pssd but always still noticed genital numbnes which amps remove for me.

Yes it seems , you see after 4 years of people telling you its depression/inside your head you gonna believe it . So what is going one here ? It seems not any one benefits from dopamine medication ,so are there different kinds of pssd or how it works on ones brain chemistry ? I have 0 symptoms when on 5/7,5mg dextroamphetamine .i have also read adderal worsening it for some?

hi , what are your main symptoms and did you find anything that helped at all? It rlly seems every ones pssd is or can be different . It seems forme its mostly of dopamine function .
