Over-ejaculating ruined my recovery

I know this is a controversial subject, but I've also noticed that masturbation has a negative effect on my function. The only way my penis will go to full size is if I stop masturbating for a week or so. A couple months ago I stopped masturbating for 3 weeks and at the end I had an orgasm that was somewhat normal. Not great, but a lot better than typical. I'll emphasize that it was no where near a full recovery; I still felt sore and a little bit numb down there, libido still wasnt normal, urinary symptoms were actually worse.

I dont want to give anyone false hope. I'm guessing most will not benefit from abstaining from masturbation.

Actually, I was improving as I mentioned on indomethacine topic. This happened right after my 3. attempt. I'm just so mad at myself. I ruined everything again one more time.
