Quick update: my estrogen/dht use has made things worse, I think I was taking way, way too much. I will wait a bit and hopefully things will return to baseline, then I will try with far smaller doses.

Ghost, any ideas you have about dosing I would want to know. You're not acting in a professional capacity, you aren't liable for what I do. It would be interesting to know the doses that you would take from a theoretical standpoint.

I'm concerned about the products you are using and where you got them; if you bought them online who knows the purity. I'm also not qualified to give medical advice, but pubmed research has indicated that too much DHT can actually have adverse effects at certain androgen receptors and work against you. As far as the Estrofem goes, you could always log onto one of the transgender female forums and ask them how much they take; that might give you an idea about human dosing since they are probably taking it under the supervision of a qualified medical professional. But I'm with Ghost on this one, taking unapproved drugs can be dangerous if their purity is not correct or there is an improper dosing. My concern is for your safety at this point and I would refrain.

^ I second this. I think that you could find doses on google from credible sources, but I refrain from suggesting dosages. If I try something, I feel comfortable sharing my dose, and the rationale behind it, but this is different than giving it for others.

The products I am fairly certain are legitimate, obviously I can't be 100% sure but both the brand name and the sources I got them from have plenty of positive feedback. I actually know what doses transgender females use, it's 4mg estrofem and 200mg spironolactone or just 8mg estrofem generally. I think the amount of DHT I took was the problem, again I'll leave it a few days then start again with smaller doses.

Morning wood is delayed, I get it like a few minutes after waking up

A bit of mental arousal, get excited thinking about sex and looking at porn which is unusual for me since PSSD. Was able to get weak erections through mental arousal yesterday but only at night when lying down in bed

The biggest difference is the emotion. It's like a constant feeling of butterflies, which is actually kind of annoying but hopefully a precursor to return of libido

Morning wood I usually get normally as I wake up but it's not fully erect and doesn't last long

Mental arousal is out of the post-pssd norm
