Quick update: morning wood still a bit delayed (happens after I wake up) but it is definitely stronger, maybe 90% of normal fully aroused pre-pssd erections. Still fades as soon as I stand up but it always has with PSSD.

Mental arousal capacity unchanged. Libido unchanged.

Orgasms feel slightly more powerful.

I was thinking of adding SJW to this trial, what do you guys think?

Definitely think you should stick to estridol and dht for 4-6 weeks. SJW has a lot of interactions, even wih quite innocent seeming stuff, so wouldn't really recommend mixing it with anything at all

Also, can someone explain why the dht is taken as well? It's an estrogen antagonist, I really don't get it

Yea I wouldn't add it. Give Estrogen a try first by itself. The scientists who did the study weren't sure exactly why DHT helped, but it did in rats.

For the DHT. Oh well, I'm sure I'll find a use for it

I don't remember the exact details, but in that study they used I think 3 measures for male sexual behaviour. E2 recovered 2 of them and E2+DHT the other one.

Some confusing thoughts:
They castrated the rats and then administered E2 and DHT. I guess this ensures you have the expected concentrations of active steroids without having to rely on enzymatic conversion.

I am also not sure what method they used to deliver the hormones. Perhaps it helped increase the steroid levels in the brain.

Presumably, if steroidogenesis is functioning well one would convert T->E2 and T->DHT in required amounts and have “normal” sexual behaviour. Speculation: some enzyme is not working properly

Neonatal treatment with CMI did not affect plasma testosterone or 17β-estradiol concentrations, but did decrease both the consummatory component and sexual motivation according to the results of the SIM test. These aspects were recovered after administering 17β-estradiol +5-α-dihydrotestosterone, but not testosterone.
