I think the factor 6.2 would only be applicable when its µg/kg.
But I'm not sure.

I'm wondering where the med students are, they could help you out better than me.

How much estrogen are you taking at the moment?

Don't be nervous about this, for example I was taking testosterone (which converts to estrogen) also in range of 6 to 7 times higher than the normal dose and I also haven't experienced long term health problems.
I've done most of the required courses for premed. And I'm sure the divisor of 6.2 applies, because we're dealing with powers of 10 (eg. a microgram is simpy 10^(-3) milligrams). Nice table you found, btw.

So would you say 500ug is a good sublingual dose? One thing I have not managed to find out (or maybe I did but I can't remember) is whether different ROAs lead to different levels of 17b conversion.

Hi guys, probably a very basic question about this but I am just wondering:

Am i right in thinking that all we know is that the estriol and DHT brought back the rats libido? i.e. we have no idea if they had any sexual pleasure? I ask because with some of the sups I've taken in the past, I've had really strong libido return (and as discussed, sometimes with a hangover), wanted sex, and then when masturbating still had 0 pleasure. Do we need to separate the two thoughts of 1. libido and 2. pleasure? I'd personally get over having a low libido for life but it;s the 0 pleasure that kills me

I assume physical pleasure would fit in with the performance tests that they did. The rats ejaculated more often which would suggest that they are more able to reach orgasm I suppose, not sure.

Anyway today I stupidly did a shitload of drugs some of which mess around with serotonin and cause vasoconstriction etc, I doubt it'll make any difference beyond a few days but today has not been a good one in the PSSD department.

What did you take, and for what reason?

How were you feeling before that?

I know it's hard, but I honestly think that you're going to have to stay sober and try only Estrogen for 1 month if you want to see what it is able to do. Otherwise it might not do anything at all because you're adding too many things at once.

Ketamine amphetamine and mdma, my brain feels completely fried for now, but I will be back to normal the day after tomorrow

MDMA reduces SERT and can cause a persistent PSSD-like condition for some users. That's how I found out about Bacopa's SERT activity, was from MDMA users who later were trying to recover SERT. I would recommend staying far away from it in the future, but it's probably only bad after doing it a good number of times. I just don't know about that literature.

Hey there, regarding dosage, I think that the best we can do is to look at studies (multiple if they are available) and do all the calculations ( mg/kg, Human equivalent dosage, and the bioavailability of the method of administration). Just remember we're only making educated guesses this way. It's uncharted territory!

Just a quick update, things are still bad since the drug usage but improving so I think it's just temporary. However I have had more ketamine yesterday and today so I don't know whether that would have an effect, but it's not usually bad for sexual functioning like speed and mdma are. I can't remember if I took any estrogen today. But I'll take one and try and stop using ketamine for a while after tonight.

Yea you need to stop using street drugs if you want any chance of recovery. It totally nullifies the estrogen trial if you have been using other drugs during it. I really want to see it work for you, but I'm afraid that it won't unless you stop taking anything except for estrogen for a month.
