I have updated the list of the supplements that could help with dopamine.I think the most promising is Mucuna Pruriens for both serotonin and dopamine.Mucuna Pruriens is the precursor of L-Dopa. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L-DOPA.I have found also supplements that not only contain Mucuna Pruriens...

I'd recommend against using Phenibut. Dirty drug, similar withdrawals to benzodiazepines, etc. Only good for a white-trash klonopin experience
