Re: Water fasting for 14 days (for anhedonia and post COVID-19 syndrome)

I ditched the mixed veggies soup. I have been eating cucumbers-only for 2 days now. It's doable but I don't know how to transition to the zero-food stage. It's gonna be difficult. I'll stay on cucumbers for a week or so.

Re: Water fasting for 14 days (for anhedonia and post COVID-19 syndrome)

I started limiting my diet to cucumbers and mixed veggies soup. I'm not feeling cravings for carbs anymore and I feel well. Hunger won't be the problem I'm going to face, it's the feeling of muscle weakness and more fatigue that I have to deal with while water fasting. It's probably a good idea that...

Water fasting for 14 days (for anhedonia and post COVID-19 syndrome)

Anhedonia, depression and blunted affect remain to be the symptoms left of my PSSD. I'm using Baclofen and, soon, Fasoracetam for these symptoms. That said, I'm not doing this fast to cure these symptoms although that would be a positive outcome. I'm more doing it to cure post-COVID 19 syndrome, whi...

Re: SPIRULINA Is Psychoactive

Hey guys, I recently started taking Spirulina and am rather shocked at how energetic and strong the libido effects are. This is day 5 now back to back, and it has certainly been making my libido go through the roof. I feel like it is dopaminergic or something. I have to ask for more details. Is it ...

Orgasms' pleasure intensity (while on SRIs)

One of the most elusive symptoms of PSSD is weak orgasmic intensity or completely pleasureless orgasms. Orgasmic intensity is mediated through oxytocin release coupled with an endorphin rush in the presence of a healthy glutamate and dopamine release. What's puzzling is that neither of the aforement...

Re: High libido but no arousal

I have pssd since 2017 from sertraline. I have desire to have sex and can enjoy foreplay with a girl. But the sexual act itself does not give me any pleasure. I have a numb penis and difficulty in erection. Tadalafile dont help me. Someone have same symptoms? Something work? So you have a powerful ...

16- Pitolisant: H3 receptor inverse agonist. Re: Fecal Matter Transplant

A friend shared this with me earlier. Are you aware of this study:

It looks like do-it-yourself oral capsules of feces actually do work for FMT.

Re: Fecal Matter Transplant

Have you found a physician willing to carry out the fecal transplant? or do you prefer DIY at home? I'm very interested in trying FMT myself in an attempt to curing anhedonia and post-COVID fatigue permanently, but I couldn't convince my doc to carry it out. So, if I want to do it, I don't have othe...
