Re: People who tried SSRI reinstatement, your input is needed
- No except for some supplements. If substances like Ginkgo and Rhodiola are to be considered MAOIs, then yes... and I had beautiful windows with them. - I took Paroxetine and Escitalopram and got PSSD. I reinstated an SSRI, but Vortioxetine this time. I had great windows at normal doses then vanish...

Re: Attempting to cure/reverse my own PSSD
Update: I tried lavender oil today for the sleep troubles and still only got like 5-6 hours of sleep. Woke up really groggy and out of it and I'm not feeling good today because of that. There's something I've been concerned about. I feel like SJW is upregulating 5HT2A receptors too much, as I'm fee...

Re: Attempting to cure/reverse my own PSSD
Hi Meso, do you know any supplement that would have a similar effect to Baclofen/Fibianserin and Metmorfin? Also, you say: I tried Flibanserin today just to see how I react to 5HT2 antagonism and extra postsynaptic 5HT1A agonism Inositol won't be good for me on this regimen, since upregulating 5HT2 ...

Re: Attempting to cure/reverse my own PSSD
Today I no longer feel anhedonic and I feel symptom-free again. After upping SJW, sleep is much more refreshing, so that may have contributed. I'll stick with Vortioxetine and if it inhibits dopamine too much, I'll simply go down to 2.5 mg before considering switching to anything else. As for the g...

Re: Attempting to cure/reverse my own PSSD
Hi Mesolimbo, how it's going with added SJW and Licorice? What dosage are you taking of the latter? SJW have restored my response to postsynaptic 5HT1A agonism. I re-tried Baclofen and it works again, so SJW practically reversed my tolerance to it within 2 days. I make a tea out of licorice root, 3...

Re: Attempting to cure/reverse my own PSSD
Hi Mesolimbo, how it's going with added SJW and Licorice? What dosage are you taking of the latter? I confirm that I have become a little tolerant to Baclofen's effect. Therefore, I've decided to ditch both Baclofen and Memantine, and instead adding SJW and licorice root. If I decide to go down this...

Re: Attempting to cure/reverse my own PSSD
anything else that would give this clue? Only few have tried baclofen so-far, would a positive reaction to SJW for instance mean something for pre-synaptic activity? Is postsynaptic desenzitation always connected to presynaptic sensitivity? SJW also upregulates 5HT2, so yes it's pro-oxytocin as wel...

Re: Would you be still willing to reverse/cure PSSD after knowing this?
Yes, absolutely. When I have windows my motivation raises, my anhedonia and anxiety disappear. In pssd state it's exactly the opposite.
