Re: Fully recovered after 6 years
Congrats. Reaching 5 years next months. Unfortunately I have crashed 2 years ago and never recovered. Windows are maybe every 6 months or so. Did you also suffer from genital changes such as shrinkage, discoloration and changes in consitency? No I did not. Just the symptoms I listed above, and numb...

Re: Fully recovered after 6 years
It's not a window. I don't have windows/waves anymore.
It's not really that strange. Many people don't experience issues until withdrawal.
As I said, all of my functioning is back to normal.
40mg.

Re: Fully recovered after 6 years
No I had no sexual side effects on the drug. I also didn't notice the sexual dysfunction until several months after I discontinued. I'm not sure if that's because I didn't notice the sexual dysfunction or the onset didn't occur until later. My guess it that it was the latter. Yes, I forgot to mentio...

Fully recovered after 6 years
Hello everyone. I fully recovered from PSSD after 6 years. I recovered naturally through a windows/waves pattern. I did not do or take anything that caused me to recover. I took Citalopram for three years from 2014 to 2017. After I withdrew, I experienced brain fog and sexual dysfunction (no emotion...

Re: Spontanious recover
I'm close to 6 years with PSSD. I have improved significantly. I am not willing to say yet that I am completely recovered, but it feels like I'm not far off. You absolutely can recover naturally from PSSD. @scout19 what symptoms did you have when pssd was at it's worse in first few yrs? And have th...

Re: Any recovery stories/improvement of genital numbness and weak orgasm?
Genital numbness and pleasureless orgasm are the two symptoms that have improved the most for me. Both are more or less normal for me. It's just ED and libido that I'm waiting for to come back. How long Did it take to come back? I Did not have it initially, but developed numbness and anorgasmia aft...

Re: PSSD 4 Years Later
Hi Scout, If you don’t mind me asking, did you experience any of your PSSD symptoms whilst ON citalopram? I’m guessing the damage was there, just needed a trigger. But I’m not sure, at a loss in terms of what it could be other than PSSD. 3/4 years is a long time indeed. Were you fine between last d...
