Re: PSSD for 3 years, corticosteroids temporarily cured all PSSD symptoms
Im really interested in this because I have adrenal insufficiency....my adrenals dont work so i take 2x daily hydrocortisone. My orgasms totally suck...best orgasms are oddly under pressured situations and few and far between. Weird thing is is that women (i am one) with adrenal insufficiency have n...

Re: Has anyone specifically regained the ability to have a pleasurable orgasm?
Thanks arahant! I am going to try to up the dose. Realizing too my biggest dose it literally right before i go to bed so thats not overly helpful. Appreciate the info.
And @anhedonia- thats amazing. I did wellbutrin for a while and had no positive effects. Glad it helped you.

Thank you all for answering. I will definitely ask my doctor about Buspirone. There's a company just researching how to optimize the dosing schedule for better results, also combining with other pro-sexual agents. But the combination is not approved for sales yet. https://www.nature.com/articles/d4...

Re: What drug most increased genital sensitivity for you?
I don't have an answer but am in the same boat that I'd love feedback on whats helped people in this arena If this alone improved for me, I could live with this and the lack of desire to have sex with others. The weak/pleasureless orgasms are the bane of my existence. Anyone heard of nickel impactin...

Re: Cure attempt #2 (in-progress / initial findings)
Hey meso! Got really excited reading this but then looked back at a neurotransmitter test i had done like 4 or 5 years ago that showed i have low serotonin and normal range glutamate. Would this not be appropriate then? Would obviously wait anyway in light of you still testing but just curious

Re: Genital numbness/anesthesia: the science
Great article! Meso can you talk about whats needed to do this? Supplements that help? Another thing we can do is improving glutamate firing. SSRIs upregulate GR expression, leading to blunting of HPA axis. Cortisol is a glutamate enhancer, so you end up with less glutamate firing and beta-endorphin...
