Re: Levonorgestrel
Levorongestrel is also used in birth control, which can lower libido in women (by increasing progresterone or is this more impact on estrogen/testosterone?). I am not sure how to match the two Yes thats what I meant. Levonorgestrel is only used by women as a morning after pill or a contraceptive. T...

Re: Levonorgestrel
@Jaxx Its also been found that levonorgestrel tripled the likelihood of depression. We know progesterone downregulates 5-HT1A. We also know upregulated 5-HT1A is involved in depression and antidepressants downregulate 5-HT1A. So levonorgestrel might be upregulating 5-HT1A causing depression because ...

Re: Levonorgestrel
@Jaxx. Yes that was me who wrote that. I even have a paper to prove it. " The effect of a levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system on uterine artery blood flow, hormone concentrations and overian cyst formation in fertile women " showed that women given a low dose of levonorgestrel usi...

Re: For those who experience shrinkage/atrophy/penile fibrosis!
I already have a bathmate. It only engorges the penis temporarily. It does nothing for libido, intimacy, or sexual desire. I never said it would and if course it wouldnt. It will help with shrinkage in the long term though and with erections. You should try levonorgestrel (aka plan b), its already ...

Re: For those who experience shrinkage/atrophy/penile fibrosis!
You should get a bathmate. It will increase your size, both length and width. It will also help with erections. Start off slow with it 5min at first then gradually over the course of 2 weeks or so increase to max of 15 min. Also, you may want to take some cialis before hand so that you can get hard....

Re: Jaxx ella log
Levonorgestrel (plan b) is more powerful than progesterone (more than 300% more active than prog. at the prog. receptor). Also, its easier to come by because plan b doesnt require a prescription but I think prog. cream does.

Re: Jaxx ella log
If you could reference this that would be great. My intuition tells me through the chain of events this could inhibit SERT expression/downregulate pre-synaptic 5HT1A receptors in men with high progesterone. However, if you have literature to suggest otherwise I will reconsider. Something tells me t...

Re: Jaxx ella log
Ulipristal Acetate(Ella) is a SPRM like Mifepristone, so it works as both antagonist(in the presence of progesterone) and agonist(in the absence of progesterone). It has been speculated about two groups of people, one in which the P receptors are upregulated and other where they are downregulated, ...

Re: Jaxx ella log
You should try levonorgestrel (plan B) . its a progesterone agonist as opposed to Ella which is an antagonist. One forum member, silverstar, tried one dose and had a reduction in symptoms. You can read my thread about it under the name "levonorgestrel". I think that's ludicrous advice giv...
