Helped my mood for sure. No negatives, been on it about a year @ 5mg elemental daily. Tapering off soon for a while to see where I'm at.

I had horrible PE for the first year and a half after discontinuation. It went away once I started taking lithium orotate 5mg (elemental) daily and smoking weed again.

I have no clue which one was responsible honestly, I started both around the same time, and noticed a change shortly after.

I have thought of trying a higher dose, but was always worried about liver/kidney problems. My doctor won't do regular blood tests unless I get a prescription from them.
