Re: Best SSRI to use for reinstatement? Sertraline?
Thank you for the detailed reply. If you don't end up finding a "sweet spot" as far as dosing, you might want to consider adding buspirone. From what I read it helps to mitigate some of the unwanted side effects of SSRI's. I'm taking it on it's own right now with melatonin alongside my nig...

Mentally? Physically? In any way shape or form? (Not sure why you won't ever answer this question with anything other than "in what way?". I've always been genuinely curious.)
Since ya been on for over 2 years it's gotta be doing something for ya.

Re: Has anyone specifically regained the ability to have a pleasurable orgasm?
Premature ejaculation. Went from having full control to cumming basically the second I get fully hard. The only thing that has helped so far was smoking again, which leads me to believe I'm stuck in some kind of post acute withdrawal. I had smoked almost my entire teen-adult life so I honestly can't...

Re: Has anyone specifically regained the ability to have a pleasurable orgasm?
The only thing that has helped me in that area was smoking weed. I feel like smoking may have caused my blunted orgasms in first place though, as smoking is the only thing that has brought it back (as well as fixing my PE). Quit smoking alongside discontinuing SSRI's as it was giving me horrible anx...

According to drugbank : "Buspirone may decrease the excretion rate of Inositol which could result in a higher serum level."
Interesting as some people have been helped by buspirone alone.

Re: Neurotrophic Trial: Noopept + 7,8-Dihydroxyflavone + Polygala Tenuifolia + Cerebrolysin + Melatonin
Day 2: Aside from this, those substances are very light you barely feel like you took anything at all. So subtle. If not for the brain zaps, I'd have doubted my source. Might want to go the sublingual route. Not sure about noopept, but 7,8 DHF has a very poor oral bioavailability, as well as some o...

Re: 5 free consultations for 5 members!
1- Male, 32. Suffering about 3 years and 4 months since discontinuing paxil 30mg. 2- Sexual dysfunction (erectile, numb glans, premature ejaculation, blunted orgasm), emotional blunting, brain fog, anhedonia, blunted affect, depersonalization. Basically lines perfectly with "neuroleptic induced...

Re: OLEAMIDE - Worth Trying?
I was considering it, mostly to help with deep sleep. Apparently it is a CB1 agonist though, which made me reconsider. Not sure how it compares to THC, but I crashed hard after quitting weed at the beginning of the year. Didn't want to ruin any potential recovery I've made in the past 5 months. http...

Re: Etiology of PSSD and potential treatment.
Thank you for all the effort and time researching you are putting into this. I hope this works, or at least brings us closer to a fix.
I will be following closely, good luck!
