Also wiki says it's not only h1 histamine receptor antagonist but a strong ligand for sigma1. Because hormones like dhea, pregnenolone and progesterone are ligands for sig...

Re: PSSD proven to be autoimmun related!?

I've looked at Prevotella and noted that it could be related to periodontitis which in turn is associated many times with ED and could be autoimmune. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=periodontitis+erectile https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27664383/ Should I then not suffer from severe periodont...

Re: Pssd could be an ghrelin dysfunction induced by serotonin 2c antagonism that caused antibodies on that same receptor

Interesting, how you would explain it, since appetite sounds and is a hedonic stuff, but alpha-msh is prosexual and supports @male@ hormones too (oppositely to NPY or AgRP). Perhaps high dose DHA could be a solution, that at least theoretically helps to downregulate 5ht2cr and affect ghrelin. Ghreli...

Re: Being on Bupropion improves my PSSD

I found a study saying Bakuchiol from Psoralea has similar potency on DAT and NET transporters as bupropion. It's also an ERalpha agonist. And it's used for sexual problems either.

Re: I have a budget of 2 000 000 € to heal ... How should I use this money ?

I earn some money from my investments I made before I suffered from anhedonia ( Now money doesn't interest me anymore unfortunately ... ) I said to my neurologist : Big Pharma destroyed my life and don't want to help me. They make a lot of money from my sufferings so I have one option left to heal ...

Re: PSSD can be triggered by mitochondrial instability

Depends on what symptoms you have. But the main idea here is to support healthy mitochondrias. The difference between niacinamide and pqq you mention was as I remember between fission and fusion of mitochondrias, But if you have really bought those two then try one of them for some period, after tha...
