Re: Stress

Just wanted to share an experience about stress. Usually I find my mind in almost panic mode and I feel detached from the world, but during a relax yoga session I came back alive and got really sexually aroused about the person beside me even though that person wasn´t really that attractive if you k...

Re: Going back to SSRI?

@ssinus I have got your PM but I cannot reply. I do not know why I do not have access to that function.. Anyway, I have not yet tried going back to SSRI and taper off and see what happens.

Re: Zinc

Just thought I'd give an update. It's been two months now that I've been taking a consistent dose of zinc, and my PSSD is pretty much gone 90% of the time! Things are still constantly improving too. Re: Going back to SSRI?

On this forum, the going theory is that the receptors have been downregulated and that you have to find a way to upregulate them in order to reverse the PSSD. When I first started experimenting, the first supplement I tried was 5HTP. 5HTP is the precursor to serotonin in the brain so when you take ...

Re: Going back to SSRI?

hi octopus! i stopped taking remeron because it didn't do anything positive for me sexually nor did it curb my anxiety very much at all; it seemed to have the same effect on me that benzos had on you -- sleepiness and lethargy. i took it at varying doses for about two or three months and then taper...
