Sonny, you spoke in another thread that we want LESS 5ht1 receptors?? why is this? surely if we had MORE 5ht1 receptors then we have a larger amount to work on to inhibit the release of serotonin post synapti...

many thanks ghost Sonny, its hard not to get defensive, as im sure you would be if someone gave you the same answer to your issues This is 100% from taking an ssri, its happened to hundreds and hundreds of people, im not alone.....gaba effecting things do not effect me, anything that raises werotoni...

I cant find the thread Im trying to find.....someone had written about the chamical changes and reasons that dating again could improve pssd, i found this with my symptoms, was it something to do with oxytocin being released? how does that impact serotonin?

if im correct in my thinking, even if DAT does take up serotonin when there is too much, reducing the serotonin via 5ht1 would stop that...my issue has been from citaloprm though and i would be interested to read the study if you could link to it please

oh and heres another question...if the 5ht2 and 3 receptors are flooded with serootnin due to the desensitisation of 5ht1...then why wouldnt those receptors just downregulate in response and stop the problem?
