Re: PSSD Diary- PSSD 1 month after withdrawal of Sertraline - Low dose approach
Day #14: No morning wood observed Today, again no Sertraline Reduced genital sensation / genital anesthesia: 50% (right before orgasm, it become 100% = totally numb, and I had to stop and start again 3 minutes later) Erectile dysfunction: 30% (maintaining an erection was not soooo hard) Delayed or i...

Re: PSSD Diary- PSSD 1 month after withdrawal of Sertraline - Low dose approach
Day #13: I don't remember morning wood No Sertraline today. Instead next time, I will take a dosage so high that I will feel my libido again. Last time I took Sertraline, I hardly felt libido. I'm going crazy with watching these values constantly. :-( It shows me how much of a problem that currently...

Re: PSSD Diary- PSSD 1 month after withdrawal of Sertraline - Low dose approach
Day #12: I woke up with a bit of morning wood. I took around 2 mg of Sertraline. I didn't feel as maniac as the last days when I took it. Perhaps I get more familiar to it again? Today masturbating is really frustrating. My erection is not bad (most likely to due to Sertraline), but I feel so little...

Letter to University profs. Feel free to copy!
Many science groups don't have an exciting field to do science on. Resulting in sciene in really strange things sometimes. Some are happy if they can do something useful which hasn't been researched much already. I have therefore started to send out letters to professors at Universities who had to d...

Re: Electroconvulsive therapy - ECT
I'm still an emotionless zombie unfortunately. TMS maybe helped some with the derealization and akathisia but didn't do much for PSSD or anhedonia. TMS might be good for depression but unfortunately it didn't work for me. I spoke to Dr. Goldstein and am going out to see him soon. I'll try to keep y...

Re: PSSD Diary- PSSD 1 month after withdrawal of Sertraline - Low dose approach
Day #11. I woke up without morning wood. I doubt my procedure. I think 1 mg is too little. Why? I don't feel much effect on my sexuality / libido. And the next day, I have absolutely NO effect anymore from the little effect that I had the day before. I am currently thinking if I should take so much ...

Re: Why would/might low dose SSRI help PSSD?
I don't know why it helps. My theory is if PSSD is a form of permanent or a protracted SRI withdrawal syndrome, then a low dose would stop the withdrawal state. I've talked to people suffering from a semi-permanent, protracted DAWS (dopamine agonist withdrawal syndrome) whom a very low dose of Pram...

Re: PSSD Diary- PSSD 1 month after withdrawal of Sertraline - Low dose approach
Day #10. 1 mg of Sertraline. I woke up without morning wood. I took 1 mg, and my day was horror. I felt maniac (very nervous and "too fast", for example I ran to my car instead of walking to it because I was so under pressure). And while waiting in the queue at the supermarket, I felt real...

Re: PSSD Diary- PSSD 1 month after withdrawal of Sertraline - Low dose approach
Day #9. No Sertraline today. I have a sexual encounter tomorrow, and I would therefore like to take Sertraline tomorrow. I woke up with morning wood. Reduced genital sensation / genital anesthesia: 40% (I feel my penis is 40% numb) Erectile dysfunction: 20% (maintaining an erection was not easy, but...
