Re: Recovered after almost 4 years
Hi Samsa, firstly, I am so pleased for you. I hope you are going to be able to move on with your life and put this awful condition behind you. Secondly, thank you so much for stopping by to post. Some of us are new to the realisation about what may have happened and we need every crumb of hope that...

Recovered after almost 4 years
Hi folks, I had originally written a lengthier post detailing my case history and so on but there was an error with the site when I tried to submit and it all disappeared. So here's a brief version of my story. Sertraline for three months after a period of poor mental health. Tapered off at doc's ad...

Is there a difference between the mechanisms which trigger and sustain arousal?
I ask this because I have very little libido until I'm mechanically, physically stimulated, at which point I can often be as aroused as I could be pre-PSSD. I just seem to be missing that ability to trigger it spontaneously.
Anyone? I'm bad at science.

Re: PSSD half a decade later: My brain MRI w/ contrast dye
can you help me recover? I cannot give an official consultation as this is brought too much drama in the past. I might answer some questions here and there, but nothing case-specific. I also don't read PMs, sorry. I hold several Q&A sessions on my server though, and I bring the answers to the f...

Re: acne medication and pssd
I took roaccutane years ago when I was 17 - cleared my face and back acne right up and it's never returned. Then I took it again for four months (to treat chronic folliculitus of the scalp) just before taking sertraline. I think I finished the second course around one month prior taking sertraline. ...

Re: Berberine
After taking berberine 1000mg for four weeks I seem to have crashed. Slight improvements in libido from beginning of week 2 until end of week 3 when it all went sour. could you please elaborate on your crash and did you stop it now? mrstaircase also reported increased numbness for instance, which w...

Re: A positive update
Hi mrstaircase, Can you clarify some of your thinking on this please? If you suspected androgen insensitivity, why exactly did you think surging DHT would remedy it? I read that you thought your DHT was low with the slow beard growth etc. but I don't quite understand the thinking behind the method. ...
