Re: 80-100% pre-pssd for about 6 months with this regimen

Methyl donors seem to cause crashes - I myself got PSSD from taking Sam-e (a huge methyl donor) - this was after years of SSRI use though.

I would do more research before taking methly donor with PSSD - could be bad

Re: I need your suggestions - CPPS & Motivation

I would do research on lithium orotate before doing anything - I am not giving you any recommendations just info on what has helped me.

Re: I need your suggestions - CPPS & Motivation

Lithium Carbonate is the prescription version of it and is way more potent.

Lithium Orotate is a supplement - its a trace mineral - no prescription needed.

You dont have to take it everyday - you can take it whenever you are stressed. I usually take it each night though

He needs to first demonstrate that he has actually helped people - and have some testimonials or something. Otherwise not sure who would spend $3k.

Re: Kaleb, a complex pssd recoverery

Ya Goldstein has everyone doing these MRIs (including me) and they come back normal - what is he not getting about PSSD? How many more people need to get MRIs that are normal for him to move on from that theory.

Re: New interesting theory on PSSD/PFS/PAS

Have you done GI MAP or something to try to identify any virus, bacteria, pathogen, etc ?

Or a stool test or something? What are you pursuing currently?

Re: PSSD Solved- Rootcause found

A lot of people report not having allergies after getting PSSD, when before they had allergies - that goes against what you wrote about people getting allergies since PSSD - unless you are talking about food allergies?
