Re: PSSD can be triggered by mitochondrial instability

Because obviously inheritance of mitochondrial disease normally kills people within 1-3 years that's what I read anyway? iv been taking niacinamide for the last 2 days and that has rea...

Re: PSSD can be triggered by mitochondrial instability

Re: Insomnia - help

Re: Insomnia - help

PSSD insomnia is like forced wakefulness caused by general anaesthesia and inability to properly feel tiredness. SSRI everything makes shallow and less deep - emotional pain, emotions, sex, sleep, eating, memory, cognitive processes - generally whole life. Sill having all those + tinnitus and brain...

Re: Insomnia - help

I am surprised, looking at the poll and reading your stories, that insomnia is not reported in symptoms (like anhedonia, btw). Are you sure you do not sleep at all? Many insomniacs sleep a bit during the night without noticing they do. There are tools to monitor it. I am thinking about buying one. ...

Re: PSSD can be triggered by mitochondrial instability

Very interesting indeed, may I ask what your symptoms before were? How was your reaction to alcohol, recreational drugs? What exactly did you do to help your mitochondria? Do you feel 100% cured of your PSSD now? btw: the member helvy improved on HBOT initially before his crash, that might have boo...
