Re: Thoughts on 5HT1A antagonists?
I am so SOOOO glad I found this thread. I am a guy who can be CURED 6 hours after taking St. John's Wort Ze 117 extract. I did a thread about it here: https://raypeatforum.com/community/threads/st-johns-wort-pssd-eliminated-anhedonia-gone-emotions-online.33599/ NOW.... I am also a guy who gets CURED...

Re: The Famous Cyproheptadine Rebound Cure - HELP!
This doesn't have a lot to do with the 5-HT1A side of things, and cyproheptadine is hardly a cure. The same window can be achieved with many other chemicals. We've all been using and experimenting with heptadine for ages. If anything its a tool to further understand mechanisms. ALCAR increases dopa...

Re: 5-HT2A Desensitization Reduces Glutamate Activity
I am someone who can get an amazing window of recovery with SJW. It takes about 24 hours to have this effect, where I get emotions flooding back and my peni* feels alive again. The same goes for Cyproheptadine... But cyproheptadine only works 4 days after a single 1mg dosage. WHY?! Now, what I need ...

Re: Berberine
Berberine made me significantly worse. If you don't respond well to Ashwagandha, you will likely respond poorly to Berberine. How long did you try it? Notice that mrstaircase also said it initially made him worse, plus he said that ashwagandha was bad for him. Yeah, I used it quite a lot, probably ...

Re: Forskolin
I never liked how Forskolin made me feel. It felt anti-addictive, but I need the rewards to be present, which I feel like Forskolin blocks the rewarding effects of pleasure.

Re: The Famous Cyproheptadine Rebound Cure - HELP!
So ARE ALL SIGNS POINTING TOWARDS 5-HT1A dysfunction? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1TTK0R8S2iq96ZeNuaDh5KzKRrlIiU_p6BxHVmPp19u0/edit?usp=sharing Not at all. It's compensatory mechanism to 5-HT2a inverse agonism. The same rebound happens with mirtazapine and mianserin in 2-3 days If 5-HT2A...

Re: The Famous Cyproheptadine Rebound Cure - HELP!
Have you ever tried a dopaminergic? cypro is antidopaminergic. Oh yesssss, I've tried NUMEROUS dopaminergic compounds. Bromantane, Uridine, Tyrosine, the lot. They all help with other aspects of cognitive functions. But they just don't seem to feel like these compounds for me: -Cyproheptadine. -ALC...
