Re: Does anyone know what causes PSSD fatigue?
So after taking Nortriptyline 10mg for 10 months, the emotional numbness and anhedonia had been feeling better for a while. I then decided to quit the drug and so far (3 months) it hasn't come back. However, my emotions are now really crazy. The ups and downs are higher than before starting antidepr...

Re: Morning Grogginess
I feel worst in the morning and very clear in the evening.
Man sometimes pssd is so weird, I have no libido and severe ED. Orgasms and sensation have recovered over a year, initially, they were bad too.

Re: Nature: Splenectomy is associated with sexual dysfunctions and decreased libido
This is really interesting. Unfortunately, they don't hypothesize why this happens. Apparently, all areas of sexual function (i.e. desire, arousal and orgasm) are impacted by a splenectomy and over 90% have these symptoms.

Re: I am going to drop a major bomb soon
Yeah your experience suggests that this desensitization scenario doesn't necessarily have to happen. Additionally, the off-label use of buspirone for sexual dysfunction might mean that your experience is the rule and not the exception. Otherwise, there should be a lot more people taking buspirone (f...

Re: I am going to drop a major bomb soon
I was thinking about this thread for a while now. My backstory is taking duloxetine for chronic pain, never had depression or anxiety. Switched to duloxetine from taking low doses of amitriptyline for 4 years, this is where I got PSSD. I had normal sexual dysfunction with amitriptyline, but it was f...

Re: Has anyone specifically regained the ability to have a pleasurable orgasm?
Again, what improved orgasm sensation for me was Bupropion/Wellbutrin 150mg. My orgasms went from numb to better than before PSSD in three days (no effect on libido, ED and numbness during my short trial). I stopped it after a while because I had trouble sleeping, orgasms stayed better than before t...

Re: Has anyone specifically regained the ability to have a pleasurable orgasm?
After using 150mg Bupropion for 3 days, I regained full orgasm sensation. The sensation was actually better than before having PSSD. I tested the medication for a total of 3 weeks. In this (maybe somewhat short trial) it didn't help with ED, libido, genital numbness. The effect on orgasm sensation h...

Re: Does anyone know what causes PSSD fatigue?
Hey, I am new to this forum. Will post an introduction some other time. I have had PSSD since 02/2020 after quitting Duloxetine (for TMJD pain). I have the common no libido, ED, genital/emotional numbness. I also have had very debilitating fatigue since quitting. Always fatigued with peaks after exe...
