Finding meaning / Books recommendations
Do you have any books (or articles) to recommend as a way of coping and finding meaning while enduring this condition? I would say Victor Frankl's books are a good reading on how somebody coped with extreme conditions (concentration camps) while not losing hope and not committing suicide. I'd also s...

ED but works well with porn?
I have long-lasting ED from PSSD, after 1 month of antidepressants. To make it short, what happens now is that I get a good erection while watching porn. I don't watch it often, but I noticed that it gets me an immediate boner, long lasting and basically works like my pre-PSSD performance. Initially...

Re: Libido doubled from diet
it is basically the diet to treat candida / gut bacteria - to heal the gut. so that could make sense with the sibo/sifo theory of pssd.

My (vortioxetine) path - 0% to 50-60%
Mid twenties. Before: very very high hypersexuality, long and strong erections for hours on. Half of 2020. I took 4 weeks of low-dose brintellix (full ED during treatment), stopped cold turkey I had a month of full ED, impossible to have sex and very low libido. also fatigue, tiredness and general w...

Can you take tyrosine long-term?
I've seen very good results with tyrosine (my problem is ED, and by taking tyrosine I can get a 50-60% erection).
however i wonder if it can be taken long-term without notable side effects..

Re: Final theory of PSSD etiology. Get in here!
Combining these findings and the recent, promising, gut bacteria theory, I've come to the realization that: Trimethylamine (TMA) is produced in the gut when digesting... lecithin, choline, cabergoline - the components commonly heard in the recovery stories. Maybe it could be wise to go deeper into r...

Re: Final theory of PSSD etiology. Get in here!
I guess sildenafil works, but if you have no libido i think there is nothing that can be done. I have libido and erections, though much weaker and less lasting than before. I'd love to go back to my previous erections permanently (as sidenafil would only work at use). By your readings, does the fac...

Re: Final theory of PSSD etiology. Get in here!
SJW is not SSRI, it has affinity to a lot of receptors, more than 40. It does not inhibit serotonin transporter like SSRI, why it reuptakes serotonin is a matter of a debate, some articles say its due to increase of intracellular sodium, but it is debatable. It does not feel like SSRI at all. Here ...

Re: Final theory of PSSD etiology. Get in here!
They work sinergistically so they complement each other. Just remember to observe your body reaction and start slowly. If you react to sjw better you can go sjw, soy lecithin/phoshpatidylcholine and u can add low dose lithium orotate. Couldn't SJW cause pssd iteself, acting as an ssri? just asking,...
