Ok, thanks for your response, it gives me so much hope and I need it... I think I will try in order rTMS ==> Tianeptine ==> Moclobemide and maybe psylocybin.
All seems to be safe for PSSD but I'm so afraid that I don't know how I will start any of them, I'm clearly in a phobic mood.

Re: Safe treatment for anxiety/depression
Hello npiccio, All the followings are my conclusions and need to be taken with precaution. I created this post to confirm with others members. For the moment, no one answered my message in a detailed way. I need to specify that I'm searching a good treatment (France) for OCD/GAD/MDD without riskling...

Re: Safe treatment for anxiety/depression
I agree with you about my personnal case, I just notice that there are more posts explaining what to avoid rather than what can be tried without PSSD's risk.

Re: Safe treatment for anxiety/depression
Non of them are equal to an ssri. Unfortunately. None in terms of what ? Efficacity to treat depression or risk to develop PPSD ? I am quite sad to see that this forum offers almost no solution to treat depression/anxiety without risking PSSD. Morality of posts similar to mine : stay depressed all ...

Re: PSSD NUMBNESS
Of course it's possible (and common) to disappear. PSSD is a extremely rare condition, be relaxed and keep in mind that you should not be part of the unlucky ones
For the moment what you have is a normal side effect during SSRI treatment and not a Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction.

Vortioxetine / Buspirone / Vilazodone
Hi everyone, I read a lot about medications with the fewest risks on sexuality and so I guess the fewest risks to develop PSSD. I'm quite confused by these 3 ones : "Vortioxetine / Buspirone / Vilazodone". Indeed, I understand that drugs that inhibit SERT transporter OR agonist/antoganist ...
