You need to get back on meds. Ask about the SSRI + Nortriptyline combination. I had the exact symptoms as you. Zero orgasm pleasure, difficult to get an erection. When i got the right meds, I had no side effects and orgasm was explosively powerful again. Effexor is a nasty drug, but works for some....

Im on the same page as you. Effexor is what did me in. I was on 150mg for about 6-8 months, I quit within in 10-14 days, and that was 10 years ago.

A few questions for you

1. Did you have a sex drive when on Effexor?

2. When you quit effexor you quit cold turkey correct?
