I think the effects are permanent in the sense that they upregulate the downregulated SERT in the raphe nuclei. I would not mix the capsules. I am not sure if it will have a pro SERT upregulation effect because there are other compounds within the root besides deso. Better to be on the safe side.

Let me know how the lithium goes.

If you type in Cardamom in the search of this forum there are only 4 results including yours.
Nowhere does it say it promotes crashes I've even found reports on reddit that it contributed to curing some one.
