This would sort of line up with my experience. I was on Citalopram for about 3 months then taperd off over a couple of weeks and had no real issues after withdrawal(felt like I did pre-drug). The second SSRI I took was Cipralex and I only took it about 3.5 weeks and "tapered" about 3 days ...
