Re: Bupropion working temporarily?
I have had PSSD since I was 22 and I'm now almost 37. I took Bupropion at some point and my libido came back by like 70-75% or something for like 5 days. It was amazing. After that, nothing. No libido/erection land again.

Re: Any point in going forward?
Heyyy, I'm a 34 year old guy with what I presume as PSSD for about 12 years. I have absolutely never had a window. I began having these issues while taking Citalopram. Currently, I'm on Lexapro and I have to admit, I owe everything to this medication. There's no way I would still be alive without it...

Re: Dr. Goldstein’s current theory?
Yeah, I don't think that he's trying to scam people, but I'm not at all impressed with his and Dr. Choll's theories. And yes, he diagnosed me with two separate causes: both PSSD and spinal issues. I forgot to mention that besides the unsuccessful spine protocol stuff, he had me take Addyi for a few ...

Re: Dr. Goldstein’s current theory?
Goldstein has a lot of theories but non of them are scientifically very sound. I've seen several posts on these boards claiming that there is enough data to come to some kind of conclusion but from what I've seen, that's very dubious. I'll talk about my experience now: I went to see Dr. Goldstein th...

Re: CURED Urecholine (bethanechol)
So it's safe and there are a few people trying it? I wish you guys luck. I'm extremely cynical and jaded these days but I really hope it does SOMETHING.

If anyone gets a hold of this stuff and tries it, please post a log on the forum in detail. It would be much appreciated.

Re: CURED Urecholine (bethanechol)
Yes, I would also like to know if you had other symptoms:
-Did you have urinary symptoms?
-How did your urologist even come to this conclusion? Did he give you any tests for nerve damage?

Re: CURED Urecholine (bethanechol)
Bethanechol directly stimulates muscarinic acetylcholine receptors. That's actually really interesting. Here is an excerpt from the wiki page: "Muscarinic acetylcholine receptors, or mAChRs, are acetylcholine receptors that form G protein-coupled receptor complexes in the cell membranes of cert...
