Re: If you don’t have the courage to try something new, you’re probably going to have PSSD a lot longer

Also be aware that meds prescribed for totally non PSSD related conditions, mild or serious, may also cause you to crash or delay your recovery.

Tread very carefully.

Re: Has anyone with PSSD gotten a severe reaction to the coronavirus?

This is an account of my tangle with Covid. I had two Astra Zeneca vaccine jabs one in Feb 21 and one in May 21. No apparent effect, though my general PSSD symptoms have been getting worse for around 2 years. I then had a Pfizer booster jab in November 21, I had two quite adverse reactions to this. ...

Re: Is the B12 making my anhedonia worse?

I'm no expert but there are two ways of producing B12 Cyanocobalamin and Methylcobalamin. Cyanocobalamin is produced using cyanide, it's cheaper but regarded as inferior due to the cyanide aspect. Methylcobalamin, is a methyl donor which evidently is bad news for PSSD sufferers....which type did you...

Hi

Yes, a very interesting book, I bought it after watching an Andrew Huberman YouTube video where he mentioned it.
