Re: Knifli intro

Let us know how the neurologist visit went. I’m in a similar boat. I started pt and did that for a few months and found sound relief from pain but had no luck on regaining sensation. I’m currently trying to get an appointment with a gyneco to check for pudendal neuralgia. I also have the full body l...

Re: Possible SSRI reinstatement, advice welcome

Thanks @sovietxrobot. That makes me feel a little better about going back on it. I got the meds today after talking to my doctor and decided getting back on escitalopram was a good decision for me. I had my worst anxiety issues (brain fog) come back and it hasn’t ceased for months. I’ve been off esc...

Re: Possible SSRI reinstatement, advice welcome

Ya I would try cutting back on Coffee and maybe even change brands. Im cant say forsure but to me it feels like certain brands like starbucks give me bad anxiety. I’ve tried all kinds of caffeine and agree that some make me more anxious than others. But the dissociative feeling has been consistent ...

Re: Possible SSRI reinstatement, advice welcome

Also whats your diet like, do you drink lots of coffee or energy drinks? I’ve tried nature’s trove l-theanine, idk if it was just a bad brand but it made me super anxious oddly enough. And my diet is not good, and I do consume a lot a caffeine so that certainly doesn’t help me. I’ve become dependen...

Please keep us updated. I’d love to give this a try, I’ve never tried shrooms before.

Re: Possible SSRI reinstatement, advice welcome

I have very little interest in taking that route, it could lead to substance abuse knowing me.

Possible SSRI reinstatement, advice welcome

Hi guys, So I need to do something drastic here and I’m a little scared. My anxiety has gotten out of control to the point where I can’t remeber when that last time things have truly felt real, it’s been months. I recently remembered that dissociation was a big reason why I was prescribed escitalopr...

A new diagnosis: pelvic floor dysfunction

Hi guys, I have some great news. I was recently referred to a pelvic floor physical thereapist after I mentioned to my gynecologist about my numbness, inability to orgasm and an overall feeling of tightness in my vagina. I went to the physical therapist and she was unable to find any external causes...
