Re: Buspirone (first time)
Does anyone else experience extreme dizziness and perspiration about an hour or 90 minutes after taking a dose of buspirone?

FYI - you can buy the raw roots from this Etsy site. No, this is not my own Etsy site and I have no financial interest in you purchasing from this site. https://www.etsy.com/listing/720016581/adodun-aka-kayamata?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_que...

What were the feelings that led you to take an SSRI?
I have been thinking about what led me to try AD’s in the first place. Since age ~14, I’ve had a remarkably shitty outlook on life. Its always been like I’m viewing the world through this lens of negativity and as a result I feel that everyone around me is a dishonest asshole. It’s also important to...

Re: Have you told anyone about your PSSD?
I’ve told friends and family. Some of them are sympathetic, but I’m not sure they really grasp just how far reaching the effects of PSSD are (I.e it’s more than simply ED). That being said, I agree that it’s important to spread awareness so that other people are less likely to travel down this rabbi...

Re: Introduction - seeking help from Mesolimbo
Thanks for the response. I have had no windows of improvement or recovery. The only thing that has helped me is PDE5 inhibitors, but that of course does not affect libido/desire.
LDN did nothing for me. I took it for about 5 weeks.

Introduction - seeking help from Mesolimbo
Hi Mesolimbo, I see how you have advised others on this forum and I am hoping that you can do the same for me. I don't think I need to tell you just how desperate this situation is, so I would appreciate your input. Let me know if you need any more info from me. 1- What is your gender? Male 2- Why d...

Re: Anyone visited a good doctor (e.g., Goldstein)?
I went to Goldstein a year ago and got the battery of tests done. He offered me PRP therapy and a surgical procedure on my back, both of which I declined. He prescribed me addyi, which I didn’t find to be helpful. As jjr81 wrote, there are some people who find his methods beneficial, but I didn’t re...

Re: Coping mechanisms
I am not trying to speak for BrokenDoll, but I can certainly identify with her feeling of loneliness. One of the things that I find the most challenging about PSSD is that when I explain it to non-PSSD sufferers, therapists, doctors, etc., they seem to think that depression is causing the low libido...

Re: Experiement: Flibanserin
I took addyi for about six weeks in March of this year. I saw Dr. Goldstein and he is a huge proponent of this medicine as treatment for PSSD. This is, in fact, one of his only purported treatments for PSSD. Addyi made me feel very manic and angry, as well as disrupting my sleep, much like Wellbutri...
