There is a trial starting in the US for Rapastinel, it's an injection, lots of criteria have to be met though, It works on glutamate I think. I'm not advising anyone sign up as obviously safety etc, just thought it will be interesting to see how the study goes, but its not completed till 2020.

I think we need hope and support,I personally believe my body lacks da and need I am using a few meds n seeing improvements,I don't think just arguing were all doomed SSRI destroyed us is s helpful attitude,we have to regain as much functioning as we can and try feel OK,we deserve that much,if drugs...

I think it would be unusual to develop from a TCA antidepressant,I took amitriptyline for a short while before SSRI but it was the SSRI that caused my problems, some people report it from antipsychotic,rarely tcas but it could be possible,hopefully you will improve.
