Re: Severe withdrawals and PSSD

Rough cycles of withdrawal you went through and multiple meds, sorry. It seemed like going on the 50mg dose and then stopping flicked the switch for you last time (and you were somewhat ok until you reinstated at .5mg). Maybe try that again if your symptoms don't clear up in a few weeks? Check with ...

Hello Meso, I'm wondering if polygala tenuifolia might be worth looking at for cognitive symptoms - it seems to have similar actions to donepezil and others: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/jnr.10429 https://www.researchgate.net/publication/26785696_Effect_of_Polygala_tenuifolia_Wil...

Re: Attempting to cure/reverse my own PSSD

In a study in diabetic rats, pegabalin reduced nitric oxide synthesis. If that matters!

Hey Meso, That makes sense how you only take the NAC at night. I wasn't able to tolerate the dulling taking it during the day! Anyway, I did some searching on what you wrote about NAC and NMDA receptor function. You're taking allot of compounds right now, but if you ever plateau it might be interest...

Hey mesolimbo, you don't notice any dulling effect from the NAC? I definitely felt that when I tried it, perhaps its your low dose or the total combination.

Re: SCAM (Lying about cure) Urecholine (bethanechol)

Deception aside, are we sure 4x25mg is the right dosage for trialling this? CURED gave the dosage for GERD looking over the papers. In one of the case studies about Urecholine and tricyclic antidepressants, a man used 20mg 1-2hours before sex to relieve sexual dysfunction...

I wonder if nightly viagra as studied here would help improve bloodflow over time: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/j.1939-4640.2002.tb02280.x/pdf http://www.asiaandro.com/news/upload/20130912-aja200718a.pdf I know there was another study using shorter duration's of treatment, but I can't ...

Re: Did anyone else get retarded thinning of eyebrows?

That can be a sign of hypothyroidism. Have you had your levels tested (TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3)?
