It’s been 3 years for me after 2 weeks (1 week sertraline then 2 week citalopram in May 2015)
Had impotence ever since... only 25 years old

I’d say it’s pretty permanent yes.
I’m just over 3 years and counting suffering impotence due to 2 WEEKS on SSRI medications.
