Re: PSSD could be small fiber polyneuropathy
I'll say this much, the theory is very much compatible with my experience. PSSD started for me on day 3 of venlafaxine, when I suddenly felt tingling in my penis while I was erect; I immediately lost sensation and went flaccid. On day 14 of Effexor, I started pooping lots of blood and got diagnosed ...

Re: Crash Edovis
I took Edovis myself for a few months and it did nothing for me. However, here are its contents: L-Citrulline: 3 g; Tribulus Terrestris: 350 mg - of which Saponin: 70mg; Andean Maca: 200 mg; Damiana: 150 mg; Muira Puama: 100 mg; Folic Acid: 200 mcg; I don't know whether this actually crashed OP or n...

Re: Has anyone here tried amphetamine? and other ADHD medications
I'm in contact with a PSSD sufferer who resolved his sexual issues (although he had no genital numbness) with Dexedrine + l-citrulline every day + 5mg lithium orotate every night + cialis when needed. Specifically, he only resolved them when he added Dexedrine to the other 3. He's not sure whether t...

Low Power Laser Irradiation for Penile Anesthesia
According to this 2014 paper, https://sci-hub.se/https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25483212/ treatment with Low Power Laser Irradiation managed to improve genital numbness in PSSD patients. The study was performed in the Netherlands; unfortunately, the paper's author seems to have died in 2019. Does a...

Re: GPT-3 for PSSD insight
I think that Ghost's GWAS was a step in the right direction - it's a shame that it went cold. Is it possible to revive that somehow alongside GPT-3? I worked on a GWAS with the PFS group, encompassing PFS and PSSD. its on hold indefinitely because the sample size isn't even close to being large eno...

Re: Perspective change: Are PSSD symptoms caused by an AD-induced autoimmune disease?
That was one my first thoughts when I got it, since I got ulcerative colitis a few days after developing PSSD (got PSSD on my 3rd day of venlafaxine and started shitting blood on the 14th day, after which I quit)

Is this lithium supplement only something this Meso guy preaches? What specific brand is it and what dose do you take? Meso doesn't "preach" any one substance in particular. Depending on one's history and symptoms he makes an educated guess on what could be helpful for a specific person.
