Re: Almost cured from Estrogen + TRT
I'm currently on a trial of enclomiphene citrate for a month to see if that helps- based on what you've heard from the server, has anyone tried and had success with this approach? I'm very reluctant to do TRT due to the risk of developing infertility, and HCG is too expensive for my budget right no...

Re: Found relief for PSSD
It is not true what others claim that iboga has no effect. No one said it has no effect. GIXXER said it did nothing for PSSD. That's not the same as no effect. Actually it's a very powerful psychedelic and there's on way in hell that anyone has been on the dosages mentioned for any amount of time. ...

Wow, progress.the potential for continued sexual disturbances despite discontinuation could not be entirely ruled out
Seriously these side effects can be found as far back as Usenet in the early 90s. I don't know why they even bother writing this.
Next up: Water may be wet.

Re: True or false - the majority of people who recovered from PSSD took HCG and/or TRT. Discuss
Seems so. There are recovery stories for all sorts of substances, but almost none have been replicated. I think inositol might be an exception with 2 people. Not much. Aside from inositol, various combinations of steroids and other substances that affect testosterone and estrogen levels (e.g. clomid...

Re: Found relief for PSSD
I find this post hard to believe. Of course I can't know for sure as people react differently, but I want to raise a word of caution. I have experience with Iboga and it's a powerful psychedelic, even at micro doses. The idea that someone could be on it for any length of time seems very, very unlike...

Re: Strong case for dopamine
I don't think PSSD is caused by low dopamine. The central theory is either the damaged 5-HT1A receptor (most accepted theory in the PSSD community) or the body's inability to convert testosterone to DHT - which is why some people recover on steroids. If the second theory is correct, this makes PSSD...

Re: PSSD Chapter on Textbook of Rare Sexual Medicine Conditions (2022)
Good find. Page 60 seems to suggest some treatments but it's not available in the preview. Any idea where to find it?
