For me it is overly sensitive glans. I wonder if it is because I have soft glans. There is a lack of blood flow to glans during erection and flaccid state. Ghost, you mentioned having a soft glans problem. Do you experience any glans pain?

Do you experience pain or over sensitivity in any part of your genitals? It seems that most people experience a numbing.

Have you tried therapy? Your symptom description was vague so I wasn't sure if therapy might help.

It seems that a lot of psychotropic drugs, not just SSRIs, can cause persistent SD. There are examples of people getting persistent SD from bupropion.

Can you tried any non drug treatments?
