Re: Reading comprehension issues
It's serotonin 5-ht2b receptors that probably harm proper prefrontal cortex work (I assume this is the problem). And another drug which you can get not only from Russia is Metadoxine. Basically it's pyroglutamic acid (which is key and you can buy separately, it's natural compound close to piracetam)...

Re: Melasma in PFS and raised DNMT1 in melasma, possible restoration of SERT with SIRT1
Interesting, thanks for the good research. Ssri's inhibit sert function by reduction of sert binding sites. A reduction in sert mrna gene expression doesn't reduce sert binding sites induced by ssri. An increase in sert mrna expression, however, may possibly upregulate sert binding density. Chronic...

Re: The true nature of an autoimmune disease 2021. Herpesviridae infection
Polyamines have a promising and interesting place in solving autoimmune diseases. Viruses as well as bacterias can consume and produce them. Their production also needs s-adenosylmethionine. They counteract cell apoptosis and stimulate cel autophagy. Hormones such as testosterone, estrogen, growth h...

In my exprerience I associate 'true' increases in sensation with pyridoxal phosphate (sublinqual) and selenium (200-400 mcg), alpha lipoic acid is interesting. Well, its is possible to use B6 vitamin to lower prolactin levels. However, after reading about Vitamin B6 poisoning I'm now rather cautiou...

Well, its is possible to use B6 vitamin to lower prolactin levels. However, after reading about Vitamin B6 poisoning I'm now rather cautious with that. There are dreadful tries on Reddit of people who got that from supplements; apparently as low as 20mg per day. But p5p appears safer. https://en.wi...

Currently taking Life Extension two-per-day, and actually taking only once capsule every two day, so ¼ of the dose, and I’m feeling much better. Better libido, erection quality, genital sensation, less brain fog, better mood and drive. https://www.amazon.com/Life-Extension-Potency-Multi-Vitamin-Sup...

Ht1b receptor might be a bad target for sexual function. I don't remember any studies with sumatriptan or other triptans to worsen sexual function.
There are lots of natural antimigraine remedies, I've personally seen one guy to get better with l-lysine for example.
