Re: Estradiol-17B

I'm really, really, really tempted to try. But since I have a lot of diseases now, don't know if it could help or if it could make my diseases worse -i.e. make them progress into cancer, if I don't have it already. If you don't mind, I'll ask you something more: have you have any change in testicle...

Re: Progesterone, 17- Oh progesterone, Androstenedione

Ok.. very well. It seems that a lot of us have high or normal high Delta-4 hormones, that are prog, 17-prog and androstenedione and a lower T than other hormones but usually T is still normal. But, in the end, science doesn' t know anything about treating progesterone issue. Sure I will refer to Me...

Re: Estrogen

Bumping again because no one's said yet, do we need DHT too? If you have any idea let me know ASAP because I need to order before tomorrow evening 9PM BST as the source is temporarily shutting down for a few weeks. It's VERY expensive but if it's going to increase the chances of recovery it's worth...

Re: Estrogen

Shouldn't estradiol be taken together with DHT according to the studies with rats?

Re: Progesterone, 17- Oh progesterone, Androstenedione

I've had below range progesterone levels since got PSSD. Supplemented with progesterone for some months a few years ago, didn't make any difference. But again, my case has always been out of this forum. And now everything is comming to an end as it's becomming clearer that my gut is responsible for ...

Re: My delayed intro

As I have been saying, this year whatever remained of my sexual function -my sexuality was already dead- was totally annihilated, either by six months of taking T3 -which I wasn't aware is a postsynaptic 5-HT1A agonist-, and/or by a sudden worsening of my gastrointestinal function. It became clear t...

Re: Amykal/ NYSTATIN/ licorice Root/ Antifungals and their methods of action

I have tried Nystatin for a week, initially (2 days) I had better morning wood but I would say that even more numb than before and faded quickly after I woke up and I had worse hang during the day than before so I don't think this is the way (I feel like this have more pro serotonin effect than aga...

Isn't this the same or nearly the same that jaiho said helped him -SSRI+TCA with 2A/2C antagonism?

Re: Amykal/ NYSTATIN/ licorice Root/ Antifungals and their methods of action

I have a question for sulawesi, continue and brman, or whoever tries or tried nystatin: did you try anytime before nystatin some 5-HT1A agonist -buspirone, trazodone, flibanserin, mirtazapine, T3, etc.-? Since nystatin apparently has some effect on 5-HT1A, and I have had very bad experiences with it...
