Re: How long can a crash last?

i had my share of negative reactions to supplements, drugs, but maybe yours is more severe. From my experience it is quite normal that it takes weeks to bounce back, sometimes more than a month. For me l-tyrosine and bcaa helps me back a bit, but that might be different for everyone.

Re: Partial recovery

Re: Ginger makes me feel better. Am I the only one?

Assuming that 5ht1a agonism is the mechanism, i wonder why a crash would happen without a clear window before then? I did, Jaxx. For the week and a half before crashing there was some improvement in my cognitive and sexual symptoms until one night i started feeling very warm, nauseous, agitated, pa...

Re: Ginger makes me feel better. Am I the only one?

Well lets take the warning that ginger could make things worse for some seriously. At the same time, the mechanism or likelihood is up for discussion of course.

Stay away from this shit.. I'll keep preaching it but can't help people with huge egos that don't listen. https://www.reddit.com/r/PSSD/comments/u79ich/mayor_crash_from_ginger/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share It's not because you had a bad reaction others will have the same, buddy. Mayb...
