Re: Getting worse after a year, is this common?
I hate to say it but I have gotten worse since getting PSSD 2 years ago. Most people see a gradual improvement or no improvment but some unlucky people get worse over time.

What did Goldstein recommend? PRP and shockwave?

Was it Lithium Carbonate or Orotrate? That can make a big difference I believe.

Re: How I fixed my PSSD
Appreciate the advice - I think exercise cannot be underestimated with this condition - I know it seems too simple but there any plenty of stories similar to yours where sprinting and lifting weights seemed to help a lot. Thanks!

Re: How I fixed my PSSD
Thank you for the quick reply - can you tell if anything in particular has helped - I know you mentioned exercise and weights. Any type of special diet? Keto, Carnivore, paleo? What would be the best advice you have for someone still with bad penile numbness?

Re: What questions should I ask Dr. Goldstein?
I saw him back in fall of 2018 - my nerve test showed abnormal but all labs were normal. He suggested PRP - which I did and do see value in that treatment - I may go get another one if my ED keeps up. But other than that he suggested shockwave for lower back (sacram) and penis - but many have not ha...

Re: What questions should I ask Dr. Goldstein?
I saw him a while back and I dont think he really has any magic bullet for this condition- I did the PRP and I think it did help with erections for a year or so but Goldstein is having everyone do MRIs because one guy (Kaleb) has an issue there that he was able to fix. Interested to hear if Dr. G ha...

Re: NUMBNESS - Pudendal EMG nerve conduction test. PLEASE READ
I agree Trazohell but i dont think its permanent damage - some do recover fully from PSSD. I think its neuroinflammation being driven by god knows what. Some people get windows and some recover so I dont think its permanent - but if we cant figure it out then i guess it is permanent. Once the Pudent...
