I hate to say it but I have gotten worse since getting PSSD 2 years ago. Most people see a gradual improvement or no improvment but some unlucky people get worse over time.

What did Goldstein recommend? PRP and shockwave?

Was it Lithium Carbonate or Orotrate? That can make a big difference I believe.

Appreciate the advice - I think exercise cannot be underestimated with this condition - I know it seems too simple but there any plenty of stories similar to yours where sprinting and lifting weights seemed to help a lot. Thanks!

I agree Trazohell but i dont think its permanent damage - some do recover fully from PSSD. I think its neuroinflammation being driven by god knows what.
