I also have improvements with DCT but it doesnt last if I stop - but then again a lot of people with hard flaccid that never took drugs also have a really hard time getting better but some do. So I will just keep doing DCT for now.

Thank you so much for coming back to post this. I think a lot of people on here think about recovery as an all or none thing. But for myself as well I can still enjoy life even though not healed. Its so awesome to see people come back and give hope.

Yes I agree 100%. Thats why the more SSRI you switch and try different ones the probability of PSSD goes up. So strange that some guys get it from just 1 pill though. Has to do with genetics. What has improved?

I also got PSSD from taking SAm-e 1 year AFTER stopping all anti-depressants. So I believe the SSRI laid the groundwork and the Sam-e was the nail on the coffin for me.

I also have MCAS / EDS / POTS since getting PSSD - or do I even have PSSD or is it those issues triggered by certain drugs supplements and mold exposure? Just keep in mind that everything you have desribed is under the umbrella of pelvic floor dysfunction and that there are tons of people who experience the exact same thing that have never taken any drugs to cause it. And those that have can get CPPS from tons of different drugs - antibiotics, SSRI, ...

If only 4 months I wouldnt worry too much - but for me the numbness started only at the tip of my penis - then months later the shaft went numb - then sometime later balls went numb. I dont want to scare you though - plenty of people see more improvement with time but not me.
