Re: A person's devastating and life destroying experience on SSRI escitalopram

I did read a study that said the mechanism of Citalopram was slightly different than the others so I assume Escitalopram is similar. Im not expert though. The long term effects of these things are only just being known really. and they are handed out like sweets (at lease here in the UK).

"They always seemed to come back 100 percent, but not this time with escitalopram."

I'm with you 100%. A couple of weeks after stopping all other SSRIs everything was back to normal. With escitalopram it was worse.

Don't lose hope - people are working on this

Re: PSSD and Wellbutrin

Thanks for your thoughts. To be honest I had also had a drink so no doubt that made it worse...been off for about 4 days now and don't feel too good. Dont know what to try next, perhaps that Parkinsons drug. I dunno if there really is any point.

Re: PSSD and Wellbutrin

PSSD and Wellbutrin

Hi All. For anyone who had had some sucsess with Wellbutrin can you please tell me if it needed weeks to work? Thanks for this. I have PSSD from escitalopram and have tried countless suplements that people have mentioned; with no sucsess. Do you have a reccomendation based on your idea of what is happening?
