More Fenclonine trials are direly needed!
Hey guys/gals, Some of my androgen-and-estrogen-insensitive patients have found relief on my demethylation regimen of Lithium Orotate + TRT (Trenbolone and/or supraphysiological TRT or T cream for females) + Progesterone. However, there are symptoms this regimen doesn't cover such as genital numbnes...

Re: Melcangi, EFFECTS OF PAROXETINE TREATMENT AND ITS WITHDRAWAL ON NEUROSTEROIDOGENESIS
Very likely yes, but neurosteroids role in PSSD is most likely neglible or atleast does not play a major way, look at the fact that it induced post-treatment changes in rats and if you extrapolate this study to humans, then everyone who ever took SSRIs would develop PSSD, which is obviously not tru...

Re: Currently on Fenclonine
The effects are mild because brain is plastic and compensate the lack of serotonin signalling with other transmission. You see this things all the time in knouckout gene experiments. In neuroanatomy even removing entire lobe ( like in epilepsy ) gives limited symptoms, because - again - brain is pl...

Re: My theory - Etiology of PSSD and potential treatment.
In inositol metabolism and Ca2+ signaling. I don't think it's that simple. You are onto something here for sure, but it's not the only root issue. There are several factors we must consider. Sex hormone receptors are methylated/silenced. I keep seeing people with normal testosterone levels yet they...

Re: My theory - Etiology of PSSD and potential treatment.
I think you are onto something here. Last year, I researched 5HT2B receptors in relation to SERT and SSRIs. 5HT2B receptors directly control SERT's activity and phosphorylation. It is unknown how this plays into PSSD and the symptoms of high serotonin, but if SERT is hyperphosphorylated after SSRI w...

Re: Currently on Fenclonine
Got to say these results are a bit disappointing. Also surprised such modest side effects were felt from probably nuking >90% of serotonin, not even any gastrointestinal sides. There's a possibility different results could be achieved by keeping a consistent dose for 4+ weeks to see the effects of ...

Re: Baclofen - Muscle relaxant ED
Hello, After taking a low dose of baclofen (muscle relaxant), I began having symptoms of PSSD. For several years the problem has not gone away. I thought it was the GABA receptors. I was wrong. It is most likely just serotonin. I have erections and orgasms but they are so numb. I need information. ...

Re: Water fasting for 14 days (for anhedonia and post COVID-19 syndrome)
Yes, I think the changes are epigenetic in nature. I don't think I'm permanently damaged. At least I recovered some functions. I finished 7 days and food reintroduction. I don't feel anything yet but I should start feeling the effects over the next month. If I feel nothing, I'll do another 7 days of...

Re: Water fasting for 14 days (for anhedonia and post COVID-19 syndrome)
I ditched the mixed veggies soup. I have been eating cucumbers-only for 2 days now. It's doable but I don't know how to transition to the zero-food stage. It's gonna be difficult. I'll stay on cucumbers for a week or so.

Re: Water fasting for 14 days (for anhedonia and post COVID-19 syndrome)
I started limiting my diet to cucumbers and mixed veggies soup. I'm not feeling cravings for carbs anymore and I feel well. Hunger won't be the problem I'm going to face, it's the feeling of muscle weakness and more fatigue that I have to deal with while water fasting. It's probably a good idea that...
