Look up the ingredients of the protein powder you were taking. A lot of protein mix have all sort of additives. I don’t have access to the paper but I can see in the highlights that Pregnenolone levels increase upon withdrawal. Any idea why? I would expect the opposite. That would be more consistent with our symptoms.
