Re: Sex Vs porn
"How long did it take for erection to improve and failures to happen less? Have you improved since crash also?" I think it was to do with getting the right mindset rather than how long time wise, I guess 2 years approx. The trouble was that before PSSD erections were there instantly, rock ...

Re: Sex Vs porn
I've had PSSD for 23 years now! (First 18 without really knowing what it was). In the early years I'd had quite a few failures.....probably because I'd tried to initiate sex too soon....as the years went by I'd learned to be patient. Post my bad Sertraline crash in 2016 I've had two relationships, b...

Re: Sex Vs porn
My libido is on the floor and after recent crashes it's such hard work to get an erection alone, with or without porn. I have a girlfriend who I'm very relaxed with, but even so I'm absolutely convinced I won't be able to get a hard on every time even before we try. However I have never failed to ge...

Re: COVID Vaccine
I've had both doses of the AstroZeneca vaccine (February and April) I did experience a marked increase in the level of my tinnitus after the first dose and has persisted, but this could have equally been due to a homeopathic remedy I used at around the same time.

Re: Orgasms' pleasure intensity (while on SRIs)
Yes in that area, but maybe slightly lower down and further back... Its difficult to describe, but thanks for the info about the pelvic floor relaxing. I've been having really bad pain problems here, and have been doing CPPS exercises hoping to relieve the pain... Maybe the two things are linked.......

Re: Orgasms' pleasure intensity (while on SRIs)
What made you push your diaphragm during an orgasm? How does it make it better? I really don't know! Once the orgasm has started I just hold my breath and tense my stomach muscles and push down, the effect intensifies and prolongs the the power of the orgasm immensely.... pumping the push once the o...

Re: PSSD knowledge
Taken antidepressants on and off since early 90's and knew nothing (not told by doctor/never read anything bad) about PSSD, until switching from Fluoxetine to Sertraline in 2016....bang! full on PSSD, found out about PSSD from quick internet search. I think I had used my 1990's knowledge without upd...

Re: Orgasms' pleasure intensity (while on SRIs)
My orgasms are as intense as before, but I did notice recently the "tail" of orgasm sometimes has a small second wave. I also found pushing down on my diaphragm during orgasm intensifies and prolongs the experience... I don't know if everyone does this anyway, but it took me a long time to...

I like coffee, but I can't say it ever did anything for me pre or post PSSD.

Re: How are you now?
1998 PSSD from Sertraline (though didn't know thats what is was or what was responsible, found out subsequently in 2016) reduced sensitivity, reduced semen volume, no reaction to visual stimuli, erections more difficult. 2016 Sertraline again (3 days) . Tinnitus, memory problems, insomnia, worsening...
