Has anyone tried baclofen with memantine for anhedonia and emotional blunting?
Meso has endorsed it quite a lot and still uses it with success I believe. But I haven’t heard many people talk about it.

Re: Progesterone
Haven't followed this thread but my progesterone was 0.66 ng/ml in 2018 (PSSD since 2013). Also high prolactin and DHT now.

Memantine is good for OCD. I'm having some improvements in anhedonia and anxiety with bromantane.

Re: Was mentally healthy before I took an antidepressant
My story is a little bit different from most with PSSD and I figured I’d finally share it. I was prescribed Nortriptyline(A tricyclic antidepressant) in summer 2017 for chronic pain that I had been having for years. I took the pills without hesitation, which turned out to be the worst mistake of my...

Re: Does anyone know what causes PSSD fatigue?
Hey, I am new to this forum. Will post an introduction some other time. I have had PSSD since 02/2020 after quitting Duloxetine (for TMJD pain). I have the common no libido, ED, genital/emotional numbness. I also have had very debilitating fatigue since quitting. Always fatigued with peaks after ex...

Re: What helped Anhedonia/emotional blunting
Phenibut and maybe baclofen (almost the same chemical). Be ware of tolerance though. Can only be used 1-2 times a week without memantine. Really strong stuff, got to have respect for it. Amphetamines works for anhedonia but not emotional blunting (in my experience). Phenibut is much better for emoti...

Is this only for sexual symptoms? What about anhedonia and emotional blunting?

Re: Agomelatine as a potential treatment for post SSRI anhedonia
It's the 5ht2c antagonism that relieves anhedonia. Ok, but Agomelatine is quite weak as 5HT2C antagonist. Mirtazapine and mianserin are way stronger if this is what you are looking for. Yes it is. Still, I felt almost recreational effects from it acutely. I haven't felt anything like that with mela...

Re: Agomelatine as a potential treatment for post SSRI anhedonia
It's the 5ht2c antagonism that relieves anhedonia. Not the melatonin receptor agonism. But if it's correcting bad sleep/circadian rhythm maybe that has an effect.
